Training Course for Deans and Professors of Medical Colleges in Iraq

Baghdad, April 7–11, 2025

Imperial College London, in cooperation with the World Health Organization and the Majid Al-Saadi Foundation, organized a specialized training course for deans and professors of medical colleges in Iraq.

The five-day course, held at the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad, included various specialized lectures on modern teaching methods using artificial intelligence. It also addressed educational approaches for managing large numbers of medical students and how to effectively and practically deliver information in a way that simulates students’ intelligence through non-traditional methods.

Several professors from the Imperial College London School of Medicine, led by Professor Dr. Salman Al-Rawaf, delivered the lectures in various sessions. The course concluded with a graduation ceremony attended by Dr. Majid Al-Saadi, the sponsor of this initiative, during which certificates were awarded to all participants in a wonderful celebratory atmosphere.

اقامت جامعة لندن - امبريال كولدج بالتعاون مع منظمة الصحة العالمية ومؤسسة ماجد الساعدي باقامة دورة تدريبية متخصصة لعمداء واساتذة كليات الطب في العراق

وتخلل الدورة التي استغرقت ٥ ايام واقيمت في فندق فلسطين - بغداد مختلف المحاضرات التخصصية في اساليب التعليم الحديثة عن طريق الذكاء الاصطناعي كذلك التعامل تعليميا مع الاعداد الكبيرة لطلبة كليات الطب وكيفية ايصال المعلومات بشكل سهل وعملي بمحاكاة ذكاء الطالب باسلوب غير تقليدي .

وقد قام عدد من اساتذة كلية طب جامعة لندن بادارة البروفسور د سلمان الرواف بتقديم المحاضرات بجلسات متنوعه تلتها حفلة تخريج المشاركين حضرها د ماجد الساعدي الراعي لهذه المبادرة حيث وزعت الشهادات على جميع المشاركين وسط اجواء احتفالية رائعة.
